Private Duty Nurse LVN - Evenings & Nights

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled homecare in Floresville, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and document nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Assess patient condition continuously and report changes promptly
• Implement and update nursing care plans, ensuring quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations
• Utilize infection control measures and comply with OSHA standards
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within last 12 months
• Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and reposition patients
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
