Private Duty Nurse LPN - Overnight Trach/Vent Care

About the role

Provide high-quality, compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with complex needs, including trach/vent and G-tube care. Work independently in various settings and schedules, including nights and weekends, while ensuring compliance with licensing, CPR, TB testing, and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in home settings
• Manage patient care independently across different environments
• Utilize electronic documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support patients' health and safety through skilled interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable)
• Current CPR certification and TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
