About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate homecare for children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent clinical outcomes through personalized patient care
- Work collaboratively with a team
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation using tablets in patient homes
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Adherence to state-specific requirements
