Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Overnight Cases

About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to diverse patients in various locations. Work collaboratively with a team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and utilize electronic documentation via tablets.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in patients' homes
• Document care electronically using provided tablets
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Adherence to health regulations, including vaccinations and testing (accommodations available for medical or religious exemptions)
