Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Overnight Cases

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients.
• Delivering clinical care, documentation, and patient assessments.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
