Private Duty Nurse LPN - Overnight Cases

About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Deliver care during overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN, covering days, nights, and weekends. Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and well-being.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
