About the role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality homecare to pediatric and adult patients.
- Delivering care with empathy, clinical excellence, and adherence to care plans.
- Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patient homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience preferred but not required.
