About the role

Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes, and work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Duties

• Administering patient care, including G Tube management
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
• Maintaining compliance with licensing, CPR, and TB testing requirements
• Providing flexible scheduling options, including days, nights, weekends, full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts
• Supporting patients and families with compassionate, empathetic care

Qualifications And Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
