About the role

Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled nursing care in clients' homes
- Documenting care electronically via tablets
- Supporting patients and families with empathy and professionalism
- Adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
