Private Duty Nurse (Home Health)

Role: Private Duty RN providing high-acuity pediatric and adult nursing care in the home. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, ventilator and tracheostomy management, and complex care interventions.Collaborate with families and care team to follow individualized care plans.Ensure accurate documentation and maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and compassion.Support patient independence and enhance quality of life. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Experience in pediatric and adult high-acuity care preferred.Strong clinical assessment and care management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to adhere to safety protocols and documentation standards.
