About the Role
As a Nurse, you will provide in-home patient care, supporting recovery and comfort through assessments, medication administration, wound care, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes
- Deliver treatments such as insulin and IV fluids
- Ensure adherence to prescribed care plans
- Assess for injuries or complications
- Assist with personal hygiene while maintaining patient dignity
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or AAS
- Current unrestricted RN license in the relevant state
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation

- Practical trach/ventilator experience
