Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Auxiliary tasks may include assisting with activities of daily living and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Active LVN or RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time Day and Night Shifts Available.

Pay

• Full-time: $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment for nights.
• Part-time: $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.
