About the role
This role is ideal for LPNs looking to supplement their income without the stress of additional hospital shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the home
- Avoid the chaos of a facility environment
- Assist with daily living activities
- Administer medication reminders or administration (when applicable)
- Safety oversight and companionship
- Maintain light documentation per RNS standards
- Support comfort and recovery monitoring for post-op clients
- Offer pain management support (non-clinically)
- Handle transportation and errands
- Supervise safety during the first 24-48 hours post-surgery
Requirements
- Current Kansas or Missouri LPN or RN license (in good standing)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- CPR certification (or completion within 90 days of hire)
- TB test (current or within 90 days of hire)
- Prior home health or private duty experience preferred, but not required
Qualifications

Pay
- $24–$28/hr Base
