Private Duty LPN/LVN - Overnight Trach/Vent Care

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, high-quality homecare to patients of all ages.
• Collaborating with a team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component); assistance available post-hire if needed.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
