About the role

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
• Support patients with personalized care plans and ensure safety

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
