About the role

Provide compassionate homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including gtube and oxygen support, in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care, documenting electronically using tablets, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care tailored to infant patients
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Work closely with families and healthcare teams
• Adhere to safety and clinical protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
