About the role

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state, with transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component; assistance available post‑hire.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
