Position Overview
Location: New York City (Brooklyn-based)
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / On-Call (Evenings + Late Night Required)
We are seeking highly professional, discreet, and reliable drivers to support transportation for senior management and visiting artists for a leading nightlife brand in New York City. This role is critical to the guest and talent experience, ensuring seamless, safe, and punctual transport between hotels, residences, airports, and our Brooklyn venue/office. This is not a standard driving role — it requires a high level of hospitality, situational awareness, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation for:
o Senior executives and ownership
o Touring artists, DJs, and their teams - Cook up constant communication with operations and talent teams
- Maintain constant communication with operations and talent teams
- Monitor real-time traffic conditions and adjust routes proactively
- Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Aid with light luggage handling and artist hospitality needs when appropriate
- Remain on standby during show nights for flexible, last-minute transport requests
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of vehicle at all times
- Conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel, cleanliness, safety)

Work Authorization
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum requirements
- Valid New York State driver’s license with clean driving record
- Prior experience in:
o Executive driving, private chauffeur, or black car services
o Hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry (strong plus) - Strong knowledge of NYC routes, traffic patterns, and borough navigation
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Weekdays (for Senior Management), evenings, late nights, and weekends
- Peak hours aligned with nightlife operations (8PM – 6AM typical window)
- Must be available for show days, large events, and artist bookings
- On-call flexibility is essential
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with talent, DJs, or high-profile clients
- Familiarity with nightlife venues, production schedules, and artist workflows
- Background in luxury hospitality or VIP services
- CDL or TLC license (a plus, depending on vehicle type)

Pay
Salary Range: USD 30 – 35 per hour (Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity)
