About the role
The Private Debt Mobilization, Vice President is responsible for executing the origination, structuring, and distribution of both syndicated bank loans and institutional financing tranches on behalf of the Company's clients and leading deal teams. This role covers market segments including Investment Grade, Non-Investment Grade, Structured Finance, Asset Based Finance, and Capital Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Initiates, develops, and enhances relationships with senior executives at existing clients and targeted prospects to enhance revenue generation and risk-adjusted return on capital for the Company.
- Develops and maintains relationships with participating lenders and institutional investors to ensure adequate structure, pricing, and market demand for financing packages.
- Ensures transaction due diligence by overseeing the underwriting process for potential transactions.
- Partners with Relationship Managers on new business development opportunities.
- Oversees junior-level staff from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives.
- Supports management on new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education – Required.
- Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education – Preferred.
- 5+ years of Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience – Required.
- Demonstrated successful execution of financing transactions.
- Self-motivated and adept at setting, driving, and leading a team to execute pipeline growth success.
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication.
- Expert presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills.
- Demonstrated complex contract negotiation/creation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as required.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $225,000.00 USD to $280,000.00 USD annually. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and location.
