Private Credit Operations Associate

About the Role

Atlantic Group is hiring a Private Credit Operations Associate in Boston, MA for our client, supporting trade settlements, fund operations, and treasury activity within an alternative investment environment. In this role, you will handle post-trade execution, cash movement, and portfolio support while partnering with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary and secondary trade settlements for private debt transactions and ensure timely execution.
• Partner with internal teams to confirm trade allocations and support deal closing requirements.
• Coordinate with agent banks and external parties to resolve settlement issues and support funding timelines.
• Support cash movement, wire activity, and funding processes in coordination with finance and treasury teams.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and record transaction activity across internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
• 4-8 years of operations experience within private debt, bank loan operations, fund operations, or trade settlements.
• Familiarity with private credit products, CLOs, treasury workflows, and fund operations processes is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with WSO, ClearPar, Black Mountain, or similar investment operations systems is highly valued.

Pay

$85,000 – $130,000/year + bonus

Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
