About the role
As a Private Client Associate at Janney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the Janney branch. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the administration, marketing, and growth of client relationships, collaborating closely with Janney Financial Advisors to enhance and expand their business. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through organized and implemented productivity-based campaigns.

- May be asked to perform operational responsibilities
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Prior office experience preferred but not required
- Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 preferred or willing to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- High ethical standards
