About the role
This role provides exceptional client service and coverage to corporate executives through our Executive Wealth Services team. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships to deliver best-in-class service. You will lead the Client Management Process and partner across the enterprise to provide a branded client experience, leveraging the full array of Private Bank and Bank of America capabilities to meet specific client needs.
This position may involve residential mortgage loan originations and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees must register with the federal registry system, remain in good standing, and pass a required background check. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy; respond to changes in the business environment or client needs.
- Lead the Client Management Process within the client team to provide exceptional service, deepen relationships, and deliver a branded client experience.
- Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.
- Encourage the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
Requirements
- Ability to present a holistic approach to clients, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree (desired).
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD (significant plus).
