About the role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service and coverage to corporate executives through our Executive Wealth Services team. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships to provide best-in-class service to executives. The position leads the Client Management Process and partners across the enterprise to deliver a branded client experience, including access to the full array of Private Bank and Bank of America capabilities and services to meet specific client needs.

This position may involve the provision of residential mortgage loans and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities

  • Develops an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy; responds to changes in the business environment or client needs.
  • Leads the Client Management Process within the client team to provide exceptional client service while deepening existing relationships and delivering a branded client experience.
  • Advocates for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.
  • Encourages the use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.

Requirements

  • Ability to present a holistic approach to clients, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.
  • High-touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Leader who recognizes opportunities for client engagement and proactively acts on them for the client’s benefit.
  • Ability to influence, proactively ask for, and close business.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong sales and financial aptitude.
  • Skilled negotiator.
  • Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members.
  • Takes on a leadership role on the team and within the business community.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary school education.
  • Desired qualifications: MBA or post-graduate degree; CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD is a significant plus.
