Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Premier Private Client Account Executive to join a growing team. This in-office position works closely with the agency principal to quote and bind new business, conduct renewal reviews for client retention, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service, with support, an assigned high-net-worth book of business for accounts over $50K in premium.
- Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications, and binder processes through policy issuance.
- Create applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards.
- Prepare and conduct high-level client renewal reviews.
- Stay current on industry trends, product developments, coverage updates, and emerging technologies.
- Meet agency-defined service and quality metrics.
- Ensure policy compliance and maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Assist with projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Act as a team player by supporting colleagues and providing backup for other Account Managers as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-net-worth personal lines experience with a minimum of 3 years working with accounts of $50K+ in total premium.
- Experience and familiarity with leading high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One, as well as working with wholesale brokers on hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing.

- Proficiency in agency management systems, carrier portals, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams), and other essential technologies such as Scribe.

- Strong people skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience to work through challenges.
