Responsibilities

  • Mets minimum acceptable sales and activity levels.
  • Possesses relentless prospecting to build and maintain a pipeline exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals and objectives.
  • Serves as a key stakeholder in pipeline management and client relations using best judgment to accomplish sales goals.
  • Attends private capital conferences to represent Insperity, educate the private capital sector around Insperity’s value proposition, and build new relationships within the private capital arena.
  • Develops and manages relationships with referral partners, prospects, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and a strong base for referrals.
  • Forecasts accurately and maintains all sales cycle activities within the appropriate systems in accordance with the Company’s sales process and methodology.
  • Edits prospects’ business needs and presents appropriate mix of Company’s products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
  • Five years of B2B selling experience is preferred.
  • Multi-year track record of successfully closing a high number of new Insperity customers, in a lead role, is strongly preferred.
  • General knowledge of the private capital sector with interest and propensity to learn more.
  • CBPA is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing, team environment.
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team of sales, professional services, legal, and finance to close a sale that meets both the financial needs of the customer and the company.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with extended team members particularly in a matrix company and client scenario.
  • Strong negotiation skills to successfully handle tough situations with both internal and external groups. Ability to win concessions without damaging relationships.
  • Ability to meet or exceed personal and team weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Demonstrated public speaking skills; ability to moderate and participate in panel discussions, guide roundtable discussions, and serve as emcee at conferences when needed.
  • Demonstrated meeting facilitation skills; ability to conduct web conferences, phone-based interactions and face-to-face meetings.

Benefits

Insperity provides a reasonable compensation range for each posted role in accordance with applicable pay-transparency laws. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of job-related factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location. The compensation range for this position, representing the pay span across all locations where this role may be filled is $105,000 - $105,000.
