Essential Functions

  • Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
  • Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed.
  • Maintains a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing a portfolio of clients.
  • Sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
  • Cross sell other bank products.

Qualifications

  • A four-year college degree in business, accounting, or finance is strongly preferred with direct wealth management experience preferred.
  • A concentration in C&I or other complex commercial lending is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, affinity and insurance products and services is required.
  • Knowledge in financial planning enabling recognition of investments, brokerage sales and referral possibilities preferred.
  • Solid sales, self-management, credit analysis, loan structuring, applicant interviewing, and perceptive character judgment skills preferred.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain major banking relationships is strongly preferred.
