Private Banking Team Lead - San Antonio, TX

Essential Functions

• Serve as a subject matter expert for private banking products and services.
• Act as a resource for training and development within the team.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Generate, retain, and expand business in loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, and commercial business referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership on team performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive experience in Private Banking, including expertise in lending, sales, investment products, and comprehensive wealth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, and insurance products.
• Deep understanding of investment products and wealth strategies, with a focus on building comprehensive wealth plans for clients.
• Proven ability in sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, and client relationship management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Investment licenses (Series 7 & 63, or similar) a plus, but not required.
