Responsibilities

• Perform duties independently, consulting with others on complex client issues.
• Build a strong understanding of the businesses' products and processes, including fiduciary risk, responsibility, and law.
• Contribute to workflow or process changes, focusing on enhancing the client experience.
• Ensure all required documents are present and accurate, and all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Utilize and interpret IM&T Policy and Procedures to process client requests.
• Manage account funding, transactional account activity, cost basis adjustments, IRS Transfer Statements, account closings, and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal lines of business to ensure quick and accurate processing of client requests.
• Perform independent client callbacks as required.
• Work collaboratively with more experienced staff to expand responsibilities and develop capabilities.

Requirements

• Three or more years’ financial services experience, preferably with trust operations, private banking, or customer service background.
• A Four-Year college degree preferred, major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction.
• Knowledge of fiduciary risk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and solve problems across functional areas.
• Effective customer relations skills.

Qualifications

• Four-Year college degree preferred, major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
