Privacy Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Privacy Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape and operationalize privacy practices across product development and business functions in a healthcare environment. The Privacy Manager will partner closely with Legal, technical, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and processes. The position also supports privacy‑by‑design efforts, assesses risk, and helps strengthen the organization’s overall privacy program.

Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal to interpret privacy regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement privacy controls.
• Lead initiatives ensuring privacy‑by‑design in product development.
• Manage the privacy program for wearable technology projects.
• Conduct Privacy Impact and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies and standards.
• Coordinate efforts to address privacy risks and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience working with legal and technical teams on privacy implementations.
• Knowledge of major privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to convert legal terms into actionable requirements.

Compensation

$145,000 – $160,000 annually.
