Social Account Manager

About the role

The Social Account Manager will support the Chief Creative Strategist and CMO/Owner. This is a dynamic and strategic role where you will be involved in many aspects of the agency, including maintaining client relationships, creating strategic content calendars, creative writing, and executing strategy plans. The ideal candidate has a collaborative mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage others, and has attention to detail while building relationships within the team and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct social media team with account management, creative content, and strategy
• Develop social media strategies and assess on an ongoing basis for improvement
• Project management and assistance during on-site content creation shoots
• Manage assigned client accounts to implement strategy
• Monthly analysis of client performance to effectively deliver results
• Client community management: responding to questions, comments, DMs, and engaging with followers or targeted followers to increase account performance
• Collaborate with the team on the development of social media strategy and content to ensure alignment with brand voice, persona, and identity
• Work as a team to ensure brand and agency standards are met, stay ahead of social media trends, and act as an invaluable marketing resource to clients
• Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies, and identify new tools to elevate the team and client success

Requirements

• 2-3 years in social media marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the social media landscape, expertise in specific social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with creative writing skills to tell clients' stories
• Continuous desire to learn and educate the agency team and clients about the ever-changing social and programmatic landscape
• Extremely organized, timely, and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot easily
• Forward thinker who is both creative and analytical
• Excited to grow, learn, and embrace fun opportunities

Schedule

Full-time, in-office with some work-from-home flexibility.
