Organic Social Manager
About Homera Health
Homera Health has built some of today’s largest and fastest‑growing D2C telemedicine brands. As we expand existing and new market operations, we’re hiring world‑class talent across product design, front‑end and back‑end engineering, digital marketing, data analytics and operations to join us in building the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.
About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Organic Social Manager to lead our organic social media efforts and drive engagement with our target audience of women aged 35–59 seeking menopause treatment solutions. You will manage our brand and creator channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, develop and execute content strategies, oversee TikTok Shop organic content and creator partnerships, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our content aligns with brand objectives and resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Manage content strategy for our brand and two internal creators across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including trend planning, posting, and growth oversight.
- Collaborate on TikTok Shop initiatives for our OTC line—produce organic content, use Shop‑native formats, and manage affiliate/creator aspects.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the creator program, coordinating with influencers and aligning content strategy with each platform.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting successes, shortcomings, and planned adjustments.
- Coordinate closely with paid social, lifecycle/email, PR, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand feel across channels.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience running organic social for a brand (not just personal or agency‑side accounts).
- Hands‑on TikTok Shop experience – published Shop content, worked with Shop affiliates, or helped launch a brand on the platform (hard requirement).
- Experience managing both brand accounts and creator/influencer accounts, understanding the need for distinct voices.
- Genuine interest in health and beauty, with familiarity of leading brands in the space.
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage concurrent content streams, multiple product lines, and creator deliverables within a documented system.
- Self‑directed work style suited to a remote environment with significant autonomy and limited day‑to‑day oversight.
- Strong short‑form copywriting skills with a natural, conversational voice appropriate to each platform.
- Experience producing content within regulatory guidelines for prescription medication marketing, adhering to strict claim‑substantiation and compliance standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telehealth, DTC healthcare, supplements, or beauty.
- Content creation experience.
- Paid social literacy – enough to know when an organic post should become an ad.
- Experience building a creator or affiliate program from scratch.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours.
- Work from wherever you choose.
- Fun and casual work environment.
- Diverse, global team.
