Privacy Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to patients and work with leadership on appropriate follow-up
• Maintain thorough documentation of privacy investigations and compliance
• Develop, implement, and improve HIPAA privacy policies and procedures
• Conduct ongoing privacy risk assessments and gap analyses
• Partner with operational leaders to develop corrective action plans
• Support internal and external privacy and security audits.
• Develop and deliver HIPAA, privacy, and security training for employees.
