Printer Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment to meet customer demand and production goals
• Properly record production/order fulfillment in our operating database
• Communicate with prior/following shift printer operators to insure proper workflow
• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to maintain equipment efficiencies
• Avoid non-conforming products by upholding established quality standards for printed products
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work safely upholding our company PPE and Safety requirements
• Adhere to company policies and practices as outlined in our company handbook
• Embrace and demonstrate our Company Values

Qualifications/Requirements

• Able to distinguish colors as shown in a Pantone Color Match Guide
• Able to effectively manage time and resources in an organized manner
• Able to read and understand requirements for customer work orders
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to understand basic addition and subtraction
