Printer Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Mark Andy 2200 Printing Press and Polar Cutter, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
- Perform all printing and cutting operations in accordance with Clariant's safety policies and procedures.
- Manage daily workload effectively to complete production tasks on schedule and meet operational deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure product quality and minimize waste.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and operational standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train on additional equipment and production processes to support operational flexibility and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of printing experience
- Strong mathematical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 50 lbs. throughout the workday
