Printer Operator

About the role

The Printer Operator will produce large-format graphics and signage for trade shows and events based onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers and software (ONYX/Asanti) to produce final printed materials.
• Collaborate with layout artists to ensure print files are accurate and production-ready.
• Review jobs for color accuracy, numbering, sizes, and other specifications before printing.
• Cook up with production staff, project managers, and sales to align production needs.
• Support project tracking, labeling, finishing, and logistics tasks.
• Aid the Graphics Production Manager in maintaining print standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• No formal degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in large format printing or graphic production.
• Familiarity with Onyx, Asanti, PosterShop, or Production House preferred.
• Key Skills: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), time management, color correction, ICC profiles, and ability to follow written instructions independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
