Print Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and represents RICOH professionally.
• Develops new artistic concepts into the visual medium.
• Provides graphic consultation and strong customer service to internal and client stakeholders.
• Produces print, packaging, advertising, point-of-purchase, and digital graphics.
• Maintains quality and design requirements.
• Uses innovation to redefine design briefs and meet client needs.
• Adheres to legal requirements and production schedules.
• Consults with clients and staff to identify graphic needs, budget constraints, and deadlines.
• Reviews proofs and collaborates with printers on production of printed material.
• May coordinate and lead the work of other designers.
• Creates and conceptualizes property identities using logos, layout, and color palette.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Design preferred or equivalent years of related work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Proven design and layout abilities.
• Minimum of three years of related job experience in print production.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility.
• Deadline-oriented work ethic.
