Print Production Operator

FedEx Office Production Operators perform a wide range of functions in both Digital and Signs & Graphics environments, producing print/finish orders to customer specifications while maintaining equipment and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders as directed
• Operate printers, binding, and auxiliary equipment
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and minor repairs
• Provide customer service and problem-solving with minimal supervision
• Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles for quality and timeliness
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members with center functions
• Maintain work area to 5S standards
• Perform additional duties as needed or required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of related experience preferred
• Commercial print environment experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Essential Functions

• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Consistent ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
• Ability to cooperate and follow instructions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
• Work with minimal supervision
• Regular attendance and maintenance of established business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with FXO products and services

Pay

$22.10 - $25.97 per hour
