Print Production Operator

Production Operator in Manufacturing responsible for operating a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes, using computers and computerized equipment, completing forms, sorting papers, and following supervisor instructions. Works primarily in the production of Signs & Graphics (S&G) print/finish orders according to customer specifications and maintains the Digital production area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce Digital and Signs & Graphics print/finish orders as directed
• Operate printers, binding, and auxiliary equipment for Digital and Signs & Graphics
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and repairing
• Provide customer service and problem-solving with minimal supervision
• Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles for quality results
• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members with center functions
• Maintain work area to 5S standards
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of related experience preferred
• Experience with FXO products & services offerings preferred
• Commercial print environment experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand during entire shift (excluding meal and rest periods)
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Consistent ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees

• Ability to perform cooperative work activities requiring instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Regular attendance and maintenance of established business hours

Pay

$19.70 - $23.17 per hour

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
