Print Production Facility Associate

About the role

We provide training and cross-training in different functions of our Digital Print Facility. This role is not in a store; rather, it involves handling large print orders originating from our stores.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and be inclusive in helping customers meet their copy and print needs.
• Help produce and finish large copy, print, and signage orders using high-volume digital print equipment.
• Operate a variety of finishing equipment such as cutters, drills, and bindery.
• Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and ensure they are in print-ready status.
• Ensure all work is produced according to job tickets and customer quality expectations.
• Properly use and care for all equipment, complying with operating instructions and maintenance schedules.
• Partner with the Production Facility Lead for the timely processing of projects.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned, serving as a backup driver when needed.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to size and print documents.
• Experience working in a print environment and using and editing PDF files in a digital print manufacturing environment.
