Print Production Facility Associate
About the role
We provide training and cross train in different functions of our Digital Print Facility. This role is not in a store; it's a dedicated print facility handling large print orders from our stores.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative and inclusive in helping customers meet their copy and print needs
- Produce and finish large copy, print and signage orders using high volume digital print equipment
- Follow production workflow to produce high volume of work
- Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery
- Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and ensure they are in PDF print-ready status
- Ensure all work is produced according to job tickets and customer quality expectations
- Properly use and care for all equipment, comply with operating instructions and maintenance schedules
- Partner with the Production Facility Lead for timely project processing
- Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned; may also serve as backup driver

Qualifications
- Attention to detail and sound organizational skills
- Experience managing many priorities
- Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively
- Basic computer skills (able to size and print documents)
Skills
- Experience working in a print environment
- Experience using and editing PDF files in a digital print manufacturing environment
