About the role

Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.

Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality.

Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications - for both series production and prototypes or single production.

Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics, with relevant experience or alternative pathways welcomed.

Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports.

Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.

Work with a moderate degree of supervision.

Requirements

  • Ability to work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision.
  • Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees.
  • 5 years of relevant completed vocational/professional training, and additional subject-specific experience (5 years), or additional subject-specific qualification.
  • We welcome candidates whose skills and knowledge have been acquired through various pathways, including non-traditional backgrounds.
  • Able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 to $90,800 per year, with eligibility for an incentive plan.

Schedule

Third shift: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday.

Pay

The position offers a 15% shift differential for third shift work.
