About the role

Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently owned document imaging and technology dealer in the nation. Founded in 1976, we have grown to over 30 branches across 11 western states, including Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, and Hawaii. We partner with leading manufacturers like Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta, HP, Ricoh, and Lexmark.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality copy and print materials with accuracy and efficiency
  • Variety of binding tasks
  • Packaging and shipping duties
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with production print, bindery
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
