Print and Reprographics Associate (4pm-12am)

About the role

The right candidate will be a Print Operator and an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. Selected associates will have expertise with computers, Microsoft Office, and the Reprographics field, and will be expected to train in other core responsibilities. The incumbent must be highly organized, polished, maintain a courteous professional attitude in a high-stress environment, and be capable of working with a team or with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Produce client requests in the Production Area when necessary or directed
• Operate Reprographics equipment, including high-volume printers/copiers
• Operate Reprographics finishing equipment (e.g., perfect binding, punchers, cutters, and other binding equipment)
• Cross-train in all areas of production/bindery
• Verify accuracy of client requests before, during, and after production
• Perform quality checks with strong attention to detail
• Receive job requests from clients and vendors via email, walk-ins, or physical mail
• Negotiate client deadlines against in-house queue and supervisor input
• Enter all job requests into the job tracking system
• Release job requests to the production team and vendor personnel as needed
• Review and approve billing tickets when necessary
• Communicate professionally, both written and verbally, with clients, supervisors, and management
• Deliver work to clients when necessary
• Assist the administrative team and management as requested

Requirements

• Proficient in speaking and writing English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 45-50 WPM typing speed
• Specific vision abilities, including color vision
• Superior attention to detailed client instructions
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to learn to troubleshoot production equipment and place service calls when needed
