This individual will play a highly visible role supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, corporate development efforts, and long-term growth planning. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will help evaluate new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and acquisition opportunities while influencing key business decisions across the organization. Principal Corporate Development Consultant will be responsible for:Leading the evaluation of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities aligned with the company's long-term growth strategyConducting market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analyses to identify attractive investment and expansion opportunitiesBuilding business cases and financial analyses to support major strategic initiatives, investments, and market entry opportunitiesDeveloping executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations for senior leadershipPartnering directly with executive stakeholders to evaluate critical business decisions and enterprise-wide initiativesFacilitating strategic planning sessions, workshops, and cross-functional alignment effortsManaging complex projects from initial assessment through implementation, coordinating across multiple business functionsSupporting the ongoing development and execution of the company's corporate strategy and transformation initiatives Principal Corporate Development Consultant should have the following qualifications:8-10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Development, or a related fieldExperience evaluating M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, investments, or other corporate development initiativesStrong financial modeling, business case development, and quantitative analytical skillsExceptional communication and presentation abilities, including experience creating materials for executive and board-level audiencesDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results across highly matrixed organizationsExperience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform data and insights into actionable recommendationsBachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred If you are interested in the Principal Corporate Development Consultant role, then please don't wait to apply.
