About the role

This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a sales plan.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions.
  • Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing (preferred)
