Principal Windows NPU/AI Accelerator Drivers Engineer
Responsibilities
Participating in the design, implementation of new features, integration and debugging of Direct ML Drivers for Windows-on-ARM systems.
Development, debugging and testing of Windows-on-ARM DirectML Drivers on different platforms including software models and FPGA systems.
Support requirements break down, task assignment and acceptance of Software development, verification and debugging tasks.
Be responsible for the deliverables' quality.
Lead a team of Direct ML driver developers to success.
Influencing and building a functional collaboration environment with ARM peer engineering teams.
Requirements
Extensive experience with Windows Drivers - preferably Direct ML - development for marketed products.
Extensive experience working with ARM Architecture.
Experience with Machine Learning Software concepts.
Experience in both People Management and Technical Management of Engineering Teams.
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and spoken English; capable of writing documentation and mentoring of junior engineers.

Salary Range: $221,127-$299,172 per year
