What You'll Do

  • Lead drinking water infrastructure projects from initial planning through construction and completion
  • Oversee engineering studies, designs, reports, and technical documentation
  • Provide guidance on water treatment, storage, and distribution system improvements
  • Cookordination with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving forward
  • Mentor junior staff and support technical quality across projects
  • Evaluate existing water systems and recommend practical, sustainable solutions
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership
  • Support proposals and help communicate technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience required, preferably related to drinking water systems
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Strong understanding of water treatment and distribution infrastructure
  • Experience with engineering and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, Civil 3D, or WaterCAD
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with engineering standards, QA/QC practices, and regulatory requirements

Salary Range

$150,000 - $170,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
