About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions.
Responsibilities
- Own U.S. and Canadian benefits operations, including vendor coordination and employee escalations
- Support global benefits operations in partnership with the international benefits lead
- Aid with compensation and equity operations through data organization and benchmarking support
- Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows and support employee lifecycle processes
- Build and maintain SOPs, audits, and reports to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for enhancing vendor performance and employee experience
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or HR operations in a fast-paced organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits management
- Experience supporting compensation and equity operations, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across HR, payroll, finance, and legal teams
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear documentation and resources
- Experience engaging with distributed or global teams across time zones
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and documentation

Pay
$124,300 – $183,150 annually
