Job Summary
The Total Rewards Specialist at OnTrac is responsible for analyzing and supporting the administration of compensation programs, ensuring they align with company objectives related to recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
Location
Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,000 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,000 - $101,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related field
- Understanding of compensation analytics, principles, and terminology
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS, and compensation technologies
Additional Duties
- Support compensation analysis: Participate in salary benchmarking using market survey data and compensation tools, and analyze internal and external data to support pay decisions and program design.
- Maintain pay structures: Support the maintenance of job architecture and pay ranges, and assist with job evaluations and compensation recommendations.
- Contribute to annual compensation cycles: Collaborate on merit planning, bonus planning, market competitiveness reviews, and internal equity analysis.
- Ensure pay compliance: Create, update or review job descriptions and job offers for alignment with regulatory requirements, including FLSA, pay transparency, and pay equity.
- Prepare reporting and presentations: Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations to support visibility and decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement: Contribute to compensation projects and process improvements that strengthen program accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
