Principal Technical Program Manager (Product Operations)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a program-tracking system across R&D programs
• Build a prioritization framework for managing new customer-driven scope
• Map cross-team dependencies to mitigate blockers in hardware, ML, and software
• Establish an escalation and post-mortem process for customer go-lives
• Own the roadmap and prioritization cadence for R&D initiatives
• Drive improvements in deployment efficiency and configuration management alongside Customer Success

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware or hardware-plus-software systems
• 10 years of engineering and technical program leadership experience, preferably in hardware, robotics, or ML
• Proven ability to implement prioritization frameworks that require explicit trade-offs
• Expertise in mapping cross-functional dependencies and establishing operating structures from scratch
• Proficient in engaging with engineering teams to align technical execution with business goals, preferably with exposure to robotics or computer vision
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Jira or Linear and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
